Terrible experience — my model Y windshield came back cracked, and my Tesla's dashcam caught it happening. However, the shop does NOT take any responsibility!!!!! Brought my Tesla in for a hand wash here. While waiting, I noticed the staff handling the car pretty roughly — wiping down the windshield with a lot of force, kind of tossing towels around, not really being careful with the car at all. When I picked up the car, before I even left the lot, I noticed a huge crack across the windshield that definitely wasn't there when I dropped it off. I told them right away, on the spot, before leaving. My Tesla's dashcam also caught it happening I reached out multiple times asking for their insurance info so I could file a claim — first in person, then by text. They just reject to provide their insurance info to me. Had to go through my own insurance to get it fixed, and now I'm out $1,000+ because they won't respond or take responsibility. I get that accidents happen, but the way this was handled afterward is honestly the bigger issue. If something goes wrong here, don't expect them to make it right. Would not recommend if you have a nice car or care about actually getting compensate

Car wash is pretty bad. Got their most premium wash but when I came back for the car it was clear they made a very lousy job. Even the exterior wasn’t clean, you can see the smudges everywhere. When I asked the cleaner to check a spot, she started cleaning while holding the hanging key on the other hand, which was scratching the car as she moved to clean it. You might lose more than just $50 by coming here, with possible microscratches all over the car.

Horrible service. I paid top tier VIP service and they don't even clean the tires before dressing it up with polish. Wasted a lot of time here to get it redone. You need to constantly watch and call out all the corners they cut even after paying for the top most service.

Did not do a proper wash, I did the VIP package. There was dust on the exterior of my car still and in the drivers seat debris between the crevices that had not been vacuumed. I will not be returning to have my car washed here again.

I think they did a good job though I was surprised to find a couple empty soda cans in the back floor. Still it all looks really good (I got the Ultimate VP wash and TBH I would not consider myself super picky). I would not advise paying on-line, it accomplished nothing. First, they email you a QR code that would not display on my iPhone. It would on my Mac so I had to take a screen shot on my Mac and use that. Second, when you pull up to the wash they can't do anything with the mobile device, you have to point on their big sign to the wash you ordered then they fill out a paper to take inside. But there was a $5 oversize charge I had to pay since I have a larger SUV which required I put my credit card in anyway. Then I had to look up my credit card transaction for him to know what I paid, then he had to scan the screen shot I had emailed myself of their QR code. Quite involved all the while holding up the line in the store. I suggest just paying for the whole thing inside at once. I went on a Sunday afternoon around 12:45 pm and was quite surprised they were able to take my car right away and only had a few others but then by the time mine was being vacuumed all stalls were full
